Essential Package
All you need is a well-composed design for your book's cover, and professional interior typesetting with precise attention to detail. Give it the polish to be competitive in your genre and inviting to readers.
Design-only, the Essential Package is best suited for those who are already comfortable with the publishing process, have already retained editing services, or who aren’t planning to publish through conventional means.
After a kickoff meeting to understand your goals and the book’s tone, Composed proposes cover designs and interior styling for your manuscript. Next, we collaborate through a couple of rounds of revisions under your creative direction, and finally, you are delivered print- and publish-ready files you can take to market immediately.

Composed’s Signature Package is the most popular option among our authors for its comprehensive service and overall value. You worked hard on your manuscript, take your work to market with the polish it deserves.
This package covers the aspects of publishing that make the biggest difference for authors and readers.
Composed will help you choose the best platforms for your book to be printed, downloaded, and sold, and will ensure your book file and publication settings are completed correctly, and relieve you of the stress associated with upload issues or technical troubleshooting.
As your book is crafted, not only to be visually appealing but also strategically prepared for sale, you remain in control of the entire process. Once your book is released to the public, our job is complete until you’re ready to publish your next one!

Concierge Package
In addition to covering all the Signature Package elements that make the biggest difference to authors and readers, this package covers the most technically challenging aspects of publishing and offers priority support while remaining flexible to your preferred methods of collaboration, and prepares you for taking your book to market.
This is a white-glove service, featuring exclusive benefits available only with the Concierge Package.
Composed handles the technical work of publication detailing (obtaining ISBNs that aren’t beholden to any single platform, submitting to the Library of Congress, copyright registration, etc.) and offers regular meetings, coaching, and personal communication to keep the process on track.
Once your book is ready for public release, Composed continues working to prepare marketing assets that present your book beautifully and professionally, and lays the groundwork to help it reach audiences far and wide.

Priority scheduling and extended/flexible availability to meet at your convenience

White-Glove Publication Detailing
Independent management of:ISBNs: Obtaining for all necessary book formats (paperback, hardcover, ebook)
Library of Congress submission: Applying for a Preassigned Control Number (PCN), obtaining a Library of Congress Control Number (LCCN) to include on the copyright page of your book, and sending the hard-copy Library of Congress submission after final publication.
Copyright registration: Completing the lengthy copyright application and submitting all necessary electronic copies/documentation

Line Editing (Thorough)
Conduct basic reference fact-checking (i.e., confirming exact movie titles, birth or death dates of famous person in history, or notable continuity/timeline errors in a narrative)
Offer suggestions for moving or removing text for clarity
Suggest revisions to awkward or run-on sentences, indicating where copy could benefit from clauses and parentheticals
Query the author about potential storyline or setting inconsistencies (for example, whether the author intended to describe a character wearing a heavy coat when the scene takes place in summer)
Suggest stronger substitutions for commonly overused words (things, pretty, very, and good) or phrases (like starting sentences with There are or It is) that make for weak sentence construction
